Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in Bexley Survey for parents and carers 2019 (CONTACT-0719-A001)

This annual survey is one of many steps we are taking to understand better the views and experiences of parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities in Bexley. We are keen to obtain your feedback to help us shape services and service delivery and ensure our children and young people can achieve their full potential and enjoy and achieve in their local community.

Our 2018 survey highlighted a number of areas that parents and carers living in Bexley felt we could improve.  As a local area and as your local council we took this feedback seriously and used it to inform our local area SEND improvement plan. To ensure we continue to improve we are again asking you to tell us how well we identify needs, meet needs and improve the outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities in Bexley.

Please tell us your views by completing this survey online using the following link by Monday 5th August 2019: Bexley Parent Carer Survey 2019

We hope you are able to take the time to complete this survey to support us in improving services and our local area offer for children and young people with special educational needs and/disabilities.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and the information you give us is confidential and anonymous.

Please answer the following questions about how things are at the moment for you and your child or young person. If you have more than one child with special educational needs and/or disabilities then please complete a new survey for each child/young person.

If your child is 16 years old or older and wishes to share their own views then they can do so by completing the questionnaire themselves.
